Dr. Malloi would point out that they nearly never utilize his services, but that Starbucks addiction isn't going to pay for itself, and they do sometimes pop in to talk about each other (though not themselves) so it's not like he's completely useless.

Truthfully he really is worried about the lot of them and has grown kind of attached, so if all else fails, he's the shoulder to cry on. If they'd just utilize that shoulder, maybe things could actually go smoothly for more than a few days at a time.
